Custom orders

Every L.Trapp piece is made to order. Custom design work begins after a consultation and an approved CAD rendering. Because each setting is handcrafted for a center stone with specific dimensions, custom orders are final once production begins.

Settings and center stones

We sell stand-alone settings and semi-mount rings as long as L.Trapp Jewelry sets the center stone provided. This ensures the quality and security of the finished piece.

Modifications

Most standard items can be customized — center stone shape, final finish, precious metal and set stones. Sterling silver pieces cannot be modified. Contact us to confirm all modification options before ordering.

Pricing

We provide high quality fine jewelry at the lowest possible price, usually below traditional retailers. For that reason we are not in a position to provide additional discounts or negotiated pricing.

Payment

L.Trapp Jewelry accepts all major US credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.

Appraisals

A complimentary insurance appraisal is included with all unmodified engagement and wedding rings, and with all pendants and earrings over $2,000 USD. Appraisals for other items are available on request.

Shipping

Shipping timelines may vary. Saturday delivery can be arranged — please contact us in advance. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout production.
